Even if you use a third-party to log into your iNaturalist account, we need you to click on a confirmation email sent to that account before you can log in again. You can trigger that confirmation email by clicking "forgot password?" and entering the email address associated with your Google or Apple sign in.
Once the email address is confirmed, you can resume logging in with the third-party service, or use your new iNaturalist password.
