Once you confirm your account with the address on file, you will be able to update the email address anytime you like. When you update it, you will be sent a confirmation email to your new address with a link to click on.
Android app: go to the side menu and tap on Edit Profile to change your email address.
iPhone/iPad app: go to Settings in the app (in the Me tab, tap on the gear icon)
Website: go to your Account Settings to update your email address.
